Senior Instructor

Will was born in 1982 and is originally from Perth, Australia. Having been forced to move to Cambridge in the UK at the age of one, he did not start surfing until 1996. He began coaching in Australia in 2001 and began work for Surf South West in 2002, having previously worked in a children's outdoor pursuits centre in Devon. He studied Psychology at Swansea University and has travelled to France, Portugal, Canary Islands, Costa Rica and Australia. Will surf's a 6'2" shortboard, 6'1" fish, 6'4" single fin and a 10'0" Longboard.

He is a Qualified RLSS Beach Lifeguard and BSA Level 2 Coach. Will is a Senior Instructor and Training Manager at the surf school and coaches at our centres in Devon, and on our group surf trips abroad.
