To all the instructors at Surf South West, I had a really good time learning how to surf. Thank you all, especially Izzi for teaching me. By the end I could easily stand up. See you all next year.

I have just returned from Jaco, Costa Rica, where I spent two weeks on the Surf South West trip. I wanted to let you know the holiday was by far the best I have ever had. I had heard about Costa Rica from Nigel and Peter, who have both been to Costa Rica with Surf South West before. I had been looking forward to the holiday for months imagining what it would be like from the countless stories Nigel and Peter had told me. So often when you build something up in your mind so much, it fails to live up to expectations. This was not the case. Everything about the trip eclipsed how I had imagined it to be. The surf, accommodation, people, weather and instructors were all fantastic. I was so stoked the whole time I was away. I had set myself goals that I wanted to achieve with my surfing while away, and with all the help from Scott, Will and Rick i acheived them all.

I would like to say what a great week my husband and son had. They thoroughly enjoyed their surfing lessons and learnt a lot so thank you to Izzy and Simon for teaching them so well.

I attended, with my son a surfing course at Surf South West in Croyde just before Easter. I was highly impressed with the quality of the course and the professionalism of the two instructors. The course was so effective my son and I will probably buy our own boards and one day I may even be able to stand on it.

All of us who came to Croyde Bay would like to thank you very much for a fantastic week for which we are very grateful. The boys had a fantastic time in your company and talk endlessly about their antics in the surf. They are all keen to return to your surf school next week never mind next year!
