Senior Instructor

John is 26 and originally comes from 'Up North', Manchester and started surfing in 1996. John Studied Sport and Excercise science at university and went on to be a fitness instructor in Manchester before making the move to Devon in 2006, to start work at Surf South West. He has travelled to France, Lanzarote, Spain, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, Chile, New Zealand and Australia.

John surf's a 6'0" twin fin fish and a 6'4" shortboard. He is a qualified NARS Beach Lifeguard and BSA Level 2 coach and teaches at our centres in Devon.
