Instructor Profile: Damo, Instructor

Damo is from Barnstaple and started going to the beach bodyboarding when he was 10yrs old. He studied outdoor education at North devon college, where he had to complete a work experience project. Damo came to Surf South West as part of his course. We taught him how to stand up on a board to ride a wave and he has never looked back since. That was back in 2005 and Damo has been working for us ever since. He has just come back from a two year trip where he was away surfing and coaching in Australia, Tasmania, indonesia and Africa.
